Goal Coaching Class at Sigh Yoga

It’s almost the new year, and I don’t know about you but I don’t do ‘New Years Resolutions’. I like to set goals in the Fall and start to work towards them before the calendar year even changes. That way, I always feel ahead of the game!

Join us as we welcome Julie Harris from lululemon athletica to learn about setting goals! This class is for everyone looking to live their best life. No experience needed! Bring a journal and pen! Wear comfortable clothes!! No yoga mat needed for this fun class!

Julie Harris is a yogi, mother of 2 daughter, wife to Paul and a dog rescuer. She works full time at lululemon athletica as an Assistant Store Manager and has been with the company since the “showroom days”. Many know Julie for her fun spirit, undying energy, laugh and her commitment to other’s living their best life. She has practiced at Sigh Yoga from day one and loves to sweat!

Yoga + Cycling event at Sigh Yoga on July 19

Join Brandyn from Sigh Yoga and Amber from West End’s Lululemon for a guided bike ride around town, along with a yoga session focused on the important muscles that support you in your ride: Core and IT bands!

The fun starts at Sigh Yoga at 6PM with a 8-mile bike ride. Amber will guide the ride. The fun will end back at Sigh for a mini yoga stretch, pizza and drinks! All levels welcome. Reserve your spot today!
