Many of us turn to yoga to relieve stress, but often our yoga practice is as fast-paced and rushed as our lives.

Join certified yoga instructor Laura Leventhal every Sunday morning (9-10:15 a.m.) at Blooma for a nurturing practice with extra attention given to breath, alignment and mindfulness.

Expect lots of stretching and lingering. Meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced — perfect for restoring a sense of balance, peace and well-being to body, mind and spirit. Ahhhh.
