Lululemon (West End) sent out this event today! For those less familiar, yoga sculpt is a mix between vinyasa  yoga and a group fitness weight lifting class. It is usually paired with loud, dance-club inspired music that makes you want to jump up on down on your mat.  If you’re looking for a fun event to support a great cause, mark your calendar for this!

Do you ever feel like Wonder Woman or Superman in your Yoga Sculpt class? Well, now is your chance to dress the part! Join us for a 1-hour Yoga Sculpt class followed by drinks, appetizers, and scary fun!

BYO Canned Goods: All canned goods will be donated to Second Harvest Heartland and can be used as your weights during class.

Halloween Costumes Highly Encouraged! Get creative and dress up as your favorite movie star, superhero, or character—you may just be a winner of the costume contest!
